- You are NOT a candidate if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Avoid blood thinners including ibuprofen, aspirin, fish oil and red wine for 24 hrs prior to your appointment to decrease the risk of bruising
- Do NOT lie down for 4 hours after your treatment.
- Do NOT perform activities such as vigorous aerobic activities or heavy weight lifting for 24 hours after treatment.
