I recently had Juvederm treatments done at this medical spa and I couldn't be happier with the results. The staff were professional, kind, and really took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. During the treatment, Jennifer was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She is incredibly skilled and precise, which resulted in a very natural-looking outcome. I love how refreshed and rejuvenated I look now! Overall, I highly recommend this Essex Medspa for anyone considering Botox or other cosmetic treatments. They truly exceeded my expectations and I can't thank them enough for their fantastic work. I look forward to being a longterm client.

I came here to get the BodyTite procedure with liposuction, as well as Morpheus8. Jill and everyone who works here is so amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and really want to help me get the results I am looking for. I live in Colorado Springs and I drive up to Littleton because this place is the best! I would recommend Essex Medspa to anyone! You will not be disappointed!

I highly recommend getting Botox with Jennifer. Today was my first time getting Botox with Jennifer and I walked away just Loving the results. I have been getting Botox for a few years and I can already tell this is going to work out. ♥️ Very happy!

I don’t have any idea about their work quality but they aren't honest service provider. I booked a service with them and paid deposit. After that, I received an Email and based on explanation in the Email, I found out, I can’t do microneedling. I contacted them and I explained them why. I asked them to cancel my appointment but they refused to refund my deposit even my cancelation was 1 month before appointment. They said this is un refundable but, they didn't mention detail about service condition during booking. This is very bad for a business to get money from people and not be honest.
