I don’t have any idea about their work quality but they aren’t honest service provider. I booked a service with them and paid deposit. After that, I received an Email and based on explanation in the Email, I found out, I can’t do microneedling.
I contacted them and I explained them why. I asked them to cancel my appointment but they refused to refund my deposit even my cancelation was 1 month before appointment.
They said this is un refundable but, they didn’t mention detail about service condition during booking.
This is very bad for a business to get money from people and not be honest.
