Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the provider’s day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require a 24 hour notice for any cancellation or change to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.

Late Arrivals:

A grace period of 10 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays. If you arrive 10 minutes late, there may not be enough allotted time to provide a quality service and we will likely need to reschedule your appointment.
